Return and Refund Policy
At Checkmate Liquors, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at info@checkmateliquors.com and send the item to: info@checkmateliquors.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: info@checkmateliquors.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
