Rooi Pion: The grapes for the Cabernet Sauvignon Peacock Wild Ferment are sourced from the cooler slopes of the Helderberg region on the Stellenbosch coast. This mountain, one of the oldest in the world, serves as a backdrop and symbol of Cape Town’s skyline. It is an exclusive wine-growing area known for the Waterkloof vineyard, nestled in a nature reserve in the Western Cape province of South Africa, benefiting from the unique microclimate created by the False Bay winds.
Wit Pion: Wit Pion is a delicate wine with a beautiful straw-yellow color. The unique microclimate of the False Bay winds enhances the aromatic quality of its wild fermentation. This is a 100% Chenin Blanc wine, from the Waterkloof vineyard, originally from the Loire Valley in France, which has found a second home in South Africa. The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve their freshness and delicate aromas.
